Note on Sizes
Please be aware that if you are ordering a pair of shoes for WOMEN, you can order the men models except that a size will have to be reduced in one. In another words, if you are a woman size 6, you would order a man model size 5

Shipping & Delivery
We will ship your order no later than 7 calendar days after your payment has been processed. All deliveries must be signed for, and will therefore not be left unattended. Deliveries are usually made during normal working hours. If you need to make any special arrangements with us for your delivery please contact us with your order number immediately after placing your order. See details of carriage charges.
Returns and Warranty:
All our products are 100% guaranteed to be free from defects. Rhino shoes will extend warranty to cover any manufacturing defects. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of original invoice date and only for product or size exchange. Product should be unaware, in perfect conditions, and in it's original package. Tough-shoes .com is not responsible for shipping on returns or warranty.
